Payment Options

RETREAT COSTS:hearts
Single Occupancy*: $2000 per person

Double Occupancy: $1700 per person

*There are limited single rooms and it’s based on a first come first serve basis dependent on receipt of deposit.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Deposit of $500 is non-refundable is due by feb 15 2017
  • Full balance is due by april 1st, 2017

Cancellation Policy:

  • Before April 1st- full refund minus $500 non-refundable deposit
  • After April 1st- sorry,  no refunds given. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason including: weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
  • No refunds or credits given for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the retreat due to any unforeseen circumstances- in which case all money paid by participants (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

Payment Options:

  • Pay by check, cash, bank transfer, or debit/credit card via Paypal (add 3% processing fee for debit/credit card transactions)
  • Financing is available using Paypal’s “Bill Me Later” option- you can do so interest free for up to 6 months.

Travel Insurance:

  • I recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance and encourage you to purchase trip cancellation insurance in order that your trip fees are covered should unforeseen circumstances arise that would prevent you from traveling. Trip insurance can also be purchased to cover medical expenses if your current health insurance policy does not cover you when traveling. Most travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation. We recommend using Travel Guard for inexpensive, all-inclusive policies.
